Israel yielded to Chinese threat to cancel Bibi's visit to China if an Israeli witness appeared in the US court case against Bank of China, launched with Israeli support.  The Chinese trip was perceived in Israel as a farce from the start.

Latest development:According to Israeli media, State of Israel continues to refuse to permit a key witness to appear before the US District Courtt.

It may send the US court some documents instead.

Attorney Darshan-Leitner, representing the plaintiffs, told Israeli media: "The State was caught with its pants down." 

14-01-21 US-Israel-China: Bank of China case

Recent developments:

Israel, which was behind the filing of the complaint in the US District Court in DC, filed  papers, claiming that further cooperation with the litigation would undermine Israeli "National Security".

The plaintiffs, which started the action under the blessing of the Israeli gov, now claim that such "National Security" issues are bogus, and the real issue is Israeli-Chinese financial/economic cooperation.

Background:

US purports to hold jurisdiction over conduct of Bank of China in China, under "War on Terror",  Such fabulous claims are made as part of claims for jurisdiction over banks worldwide - by a nation with notoriously corrupt banking regulation.

China dismisses such US claims.

China threatened Israel against cooperation with the US in this matter.

Israel submitted to Chinese pressure over cooperation with the US in a matter of terror against Israeli citizens in Israel.

Conclusion:

Tectonic plate movements: 

• Declining US influence and rising Chinese influence in the Middle-East and beyond.
• Failure of the US to assert itself over the global banking system.

OccupyTLV, Jan 30 - Attorney General confirmed receipt of criminal Fraud complaint against Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court Asher Grunis. The complaint originates in the false appearance of "Chief Clerk" Sarah Lifschitz for over 10 years with no lawful appointment. During these years falsification, forgery of Supreme Court records, and the conduct of simulated proceedings became a routine.
Today, Presiding Justice Grunis refuses to disclose: Who today holds that authorities of Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court.
Following the filing of the complaint, Ms Lifschitz "departed" from the Supreme Court on October 31, 2013.
None of the Israeli media reports on the scandal, which demonstrates the undermining of the Rule of Law in the State of Israel.
The fraud in the Israeli courts appears as a copy of the fraud methods, implemented in computers of the US courts a decade or two earlier.
The systems undermine the integrity of court records. The chief clerks of the courts are accountable for integrity of court records. Obviously, under the circumstances they cannot hold such accountability. Therefore, over the past decade, impostors with no lawful appointment appear in the Israeli courts as "Chief Clerks".
The past decade also showed soaring poverty and homelessness, while the economy is still growing, with massive fraud by the banks in a medieval-style debtor courts system.

מצורף מכתב לעו"ד ג'אטרס מוושינגטון, די.סי.  רק בזכות פנייתו לנגידה קרנית פלוג זכיתי לתגובה על בקשה בכפוף לחוק חופש המידע מלפני שנה.

הבקשה עצמה נועדה לברר את רישומן של תלונות נגד בנק הפועלים, שלקח את כל כספי ללא כל בסיס בחוק.

לאחר שסטנלי פישר ובנק ישראל סירבו לפעול להחזרת כספי, ובדומה - בג"ץ, פניתי לקונסול גרמניה בישראל, ותוך מספר ימים קיבלתי את כספי בחזרה.

התשובה של בנק ישראל על הבקשה בכפוף לחוק חופש המידע היא הונאה בפני עצמה:

* התשובה לא המציאה את המסמכים המבוקשים,

* התשובה לא מראה על רישום כל תלונה נגד בנק הפועלים.

* התגובה אינה כוללת מספר אסמכתא כנדרש בתכתובת מדינה, ואף לא מספר בקשה בכפוף לחוק חופש המידע.

* המכתב אינו חתום, ואינו מראה את שם מחברו.

בקיצור:  הונאה על ידי בנק ישראל כדבר שבשגרה...  מדינה בה החוק הפך לבדיחה...

Hi James:

Attached to the response letter that you received from Bank of Israel, was the purported response on my FOIA request last year.  

However, as previously noted, it was a false, invalid Bank of Israel record,

Subsequently, I filed repeat request for receipt of the response on my FOIA request.

Today, I received by mail the attached letter.

It is the same fraudulent record.  

The record:

* Fails to provide the requested records,

* Fails to indicate that a Consumer's Complaint was ever received from me against Bank HaPoalim,

* Fail, to include a State correspondence reference number (of FOIA request number), 

* Fails to be signed, and fails to show the name of its author.

In short: Fraudulent legal correspondence by Bank of Israel.  No naivete here, only straight forward fraud by State authorities.

That is perhaps that worst cost of FATCA to other nations, like Israel - complete corruption of banking regulation, placing banks above the law, subservient to the US surveillance apparatus!
