Who knows what Jay Stein had in mind....

But better safe than sorry... so I sent a copy to the FBI...

Nov 14, 2008

Attention: Duty Agent.
FBI Los Angeles

Sir/Madam:

I was again at the Federal Building in West LA Today, to discuss my complaint about racketeering by the judges of the Los Angeles Superior Court in collusion with Countrywide in Samaan v Zernik (SC087400). As usual, regardless of the evidence, the FBI is refusing to do anything in this regard. As noted in a letter I received from Mr Wedick, decorated veteran
FBI agent, it is unlikely that the FBI would do anything, unless I can file a complaint regarding racketeering by the judges of the LA Superior Court, where I avoid mentioning the role of the judges of the LA Superior Court in this matter.

Separately, I have requested protection several times in the past. In March 2007 I received by phone a direct death threat from a person related to Countrywide. He was threatening that if I talk again to Diane Frazier, a key witness, an underwriter, who had lost her job with Countrywide in 2005, after she resisted mortgage fraud by Samaan and Countrywide - “I will
come down to LA and gun you down”.

In recent months I got “hints” that I may become a “civil rights martyr”.

And below is an inexplicable email I received today from Att Jay Stein, regarding “executing the disengagement”. Att Stein was involved in this matter as Samaan’s first counsel, who must have been instrumental in the initial steps of setting up the case for racketeering with Judge Connor. I have had no communications with him for over 2 years, and I have no idea
why he sent me today this email, which may or may not be intended to threaten and intimidate a victim/informer/witness.

The only thing that I can think of that could have triggered it, could be the email copied below, dated Nov 13, 2008, or my visit to the Santa Monica Court today, where I met with some senior clerks, obtained fresh copies of the Registers of Actions and Minute Orders in Samaan v Zernik.

In conversation with Mr Jim McGlynn, assistant to the general manager of the Santa
Monica Court, he made an unhappy remark - that I was better versed than he was in Sustain, the Court’s fraudulent case management system, which I claim is the enabling tool of the racket at the court. Sustain is supposed to be “privileged – for the court only”, and I was never supposed to know about it, let alone figured out the frauds in it.

I have requested in the past protection per RICO 18 USC § 1961–1968. Please accept this fax as yet another request for protection.

Hi James:

What do you make of this?

Jay Stein is the name of Samaan's first attorney, the one who I believe brokered the deal between Samaan and Lloyd and Jacqueline Connor, in any event - he was involved in that early stage of the frauds... He had my email from some old communications.

Do you think this is something I should report to the authorities?

Joseph Zernik
