The general plan is to file again the request with U.S. Attorney General, which led last year to the letters between U.S. Congress and U.S. Department of Justice and FBI. That correspondence was important in documenting the refusal of the most senior officers of U.S. Department of Justice to protect Human Rights, and their use of false and misleading claims for that end.
This time around there should be a collection of cases to accompany the request:
1) Derwish v Darwish (SC060217)
2) Galdjie v Darwish (SC052737).
3) Hanks v Woods (SC083585)
4) Marina v County (BS109420)
5) Parks v Zernik (BC369558)
6) Samaan v Zernik (SC087400)
7) Sturgeon v LA County (BC351286)
We are seeking cases where the wrongdoing by the Court can be demonstrated by the Court's records themselves. These are typically cases where the Court generated double or triple books of conflicting record. However, we need to finish writing up the cases in a manner that would be presentable.

All comments are welcome... especially any tips regarding corruption of the courts in Los Angeles. Anonymous tips are fine. One simple way to do it is from internet cafes, etc.
