Bank HaPoalim

Barcelona, August 28 - my data mining of the records of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel blew the air out the myth of former Presiding Justice Aharon Barak as the leader of the "Constitutional Revolution" in Israel.  Instead, data mining shows that under his tenure, integrity of the Supreme Court was undermined in an unprecedented manner.

Similarly, the case of Bank HaPoalim [1,2,3] should lead to re-reevaluation of the myth of Stanley Fisher - former senior executive of City Group, a corrupt US bank, as the incorruptible, uniquely effective, Zionist, semi-volunteer president of the Bank of Israel.

In the case of Bank HaPoalim, Ms Miriam Segal of the Bank of Israel admitted that the Bank knew in advance of the intent of Bank HaPoalim to unlawfully act as a proxy of the US government, and unlawfully enforce US law in the State of Israel, in general, and in Jerusalem in particular.  Stanley Fisher did not stop such conduct.  Instead, the Bank of Israel only appointed a committee to review the conduct of Bank HaPoalim after the fact.

Effectively, the conduct of Stanley Fisher permitted Bank HaPoalim to seize sovereignty over the State of Israel in general, and on Jerusalem in particular.  And dictatorial sovereignty at that - Bank HaPoalim is now permitted to enact the law, adjudicate the law, and execute the law, relative to the deprivation of possessions, all through confidential "internal procedures".

Stanley Fisher should be seen as one who betrayed his oath of loyalty to the State of Israel, and who permitted Bank HaPoalim, as a proxy of the US government, to undermine the integrity of the Israeli financial markets and the rule of law.

Stanley Fisher did not resign, when such conduct by Bank HaPoalim took place, he did not even give notice to the People of the State of Israel of his change of loyalty.

Events in the United States and in Europe in recent years, demonstrate that corruption of financial institutions is one of the major abuses of Human Rights in the Robber Baron Revival Era.
