Hi Ron:
I beg to differ even on this... This is NOT police brutality. This is
government, all three branches, local, state, and federal, colluding in
terrorizing the People. It is a preventive measure against protest or
worse.
It is an error to look as each drop of the flood separately, as an
isolated, independent event. None of this could take place absent
collusion by government in all its dimensions.
The People of the United States were transformed over less than a decade
from a leading 1st world nation to a 3rd world nation, judged by objective
professional criteria (poverty, hunger, homelessness, unemployment,
healthcare, infant mortality, distribution of income and assets, etc). It
is an unheard of development outside of being defeated in a war. And even
then, People usually don't take this kind of abuse without resistance.

P.S. On the question itself, it has been almost 3 years since I have been
serviced by police:
During booking in LA Twin Tower, Los Angeles sheriff deputy stole my
watch, and seconds later demanded that I sign that I had no possessions
upon booking. When I refused, I was chained to the floor by hand and
foot, barefoot and lightly dressed, in a freezing solitary confinement
cell, and while chained, the same sheriff deputy waived his club above my
head, telling me I was an A-hole for refusing "to go along with the
system" and threatening to split my skull.

The scenes in this video aren't rare glimpses into the deadly street gang we call police. These are everyday occurrences, thousands of times a day, police abuse the citizenry, kill the unarmed, beat the mentally disabled, electrocute the elderly, break down peoples doors, kill their pets, and them more often than not. Are their any criminals that terrorize the public as badly as the police? Do criminals even exist that warrant SWAT? That warrant 10,000 SWAT raids a day across the country. Police chase people at high speeds, in cars for the most minor reasons. Recently, a high speed pursuit happened locally, where a car was traveling at 80 MPH on the freeway, so the highway patrol chased this car for forty miles, causing the driver to exceed 80 MPH. When this freeway does move, if you're not doing 80 MPH you're impeding traffic.
