13-02-08 Habeas corpus in the United States - Christopher 2013, by William WAGENER

We got to fight for the fundamentals rights of the Magna Carta again... no deprivation of life, liberty, property without due process of law.
  • Justice Louis Brandeis said, "the greatest achievement of the English speaking courts is the establishment of Liberty by law," in reference to the Magna Carta.
  • Justice Brennan Jr called the Magna Carta "the Great Writ" and "the cornerstone of the US Constitution". And in Fay v Noia (1963) Justice Brennan wrote:
"The basic principle of the Great Writ of habeas corpus is that, in a civilized society, government must always be accountable to the judiciary for a man's imprisonment: if the imprisonment cannot be shown to conform with the fundamental requirements of law, the individual is entitled to his immediate release."

These fundamental rights of the People, gained through centuries of struggle, were lost under Bush II and Obama.

If we not fight to restore these rights, our children will not inherit from us, what we got from previous generations for safekeeping.

Wagener video taped this Hearing, and it was the beginning of the end of 6.5 years of illegal holding in jail without a trial by judge or jury, as Judges, Prosecutors & public Defenders worked to deny William Christopher, a non-custodial dad freedom and justice.

Now in Oregon, in Washington County, a judge, a prosecutor and a public defender just made up a fake law on their own to hold a man in jail. See case of Dist. Atty. Herman, Judges Susan Issacs, &...
