13-08-18 Evidence of direct involvement of Presiding Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court in large-scale fraud in the Office of the Clerk

Since 2002, there is no lawfully appointed "Chief Clerk" in the Supreme Court of the State of Israel. Likewise, none of the Surpreme Court's decisions is lawfully certified.  Request for instructing Israel Police to conduct criminal investigation of the Office of the Clerk of the Surpeme Court is pending before the Israeli Attorney General.

Presiing Justices of the Israeli Supreme Court: Aharon Barak (1995-2006), Dorit Beinisch (2006-2012), and Asher Grunis (2012 - )

Occupy Tel Aviv, Ausust 18 - Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO), published the response by Presiding Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court Asher Grunis, on repeated requests for the appointment record of Ms Sarah Lifschitz, "Chief Clerk" of the Supreme Court. [1]

Presiding Justice Grunis's response says:
"Ms Sarah Lifschitz, Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court, was appointed pursuant to rules prevailing in the State Service for people of such rank".

Ms Lifschitz occupies the office of "Chief Clerk" for over 10 years.  However, the evidence shows that she has never been duly appointed to such office.

The office of Administration of Courts refused to produce Ms Lifschitz's appointment record in response to Freedom of Information Request, claiming that it was a record of "internal deliberations".

Ms Lifschitz herself also refuses to respond on repeated requests for her appointment recored.

Presiding Justice Asher Grunis's current response should be deemed as evidence for his direct involvement in large-scale fraud in the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court.

Ms Lifschitz was also involved in false and deliberately misleading certification of Supereme Court decisions, and a criminal complaint in that matter was filed with the Israeli Police in Jerusalem, Fraud Division. [2]

Events in the Office of the Clerk in 2002 involved the removal of the servers of the Supreme Court from control of the Chief Clerk and their transfer to the custody of a corporation (IBM? EDS?).

Later, Comsign LTD, a private corporation, controled by veterans of the IDF 8200 Unit, unlawfully gained control over the electronic signature systems of the State of Israel.

Combined, such events led to unprecedented corruption of the courts of the State of Israel over the past decade. [3-5]

All comments are welcome... especially any tips regarding corruption of the courts in Los Angeles. Anonymous tips are fine. One simple way to do it is from internet cafes, etc.
