The US gov is notorious for ignoring exposure of the People. During the Mad Cow Disease epidemic the UK destroyed entire herds, and tested cattle. Japan tested cattle. The USDA refused to permit farmers to test cattle, even when they asked to do so, in order to be able to export to Japan! jz
