This week, the Leahy-Sensenbrenner bill made waves by offering Congress a chance to reign in NSA spying. Last Saturday's inspiring rally in DC helped create political space for the bill's introduction. Adam Weiss from the Bill of Rights Defense Committee reports from the rally in this video blog.
