ISRAEL: Senior law professors are asked to affect lawful appointment of Chief Clerk for the Supreme Court
UPDATE, NOVEMBER 6, 2013:
To this date, neither the official Register, neither media, have published any information regarding the "departure" of Ms Sarah Lifschitz from the Supreme Court, and the fact that the Supreme Court is operating with no Chief Clerk at all.
A letter to Presiding Justice Asher Grunis asked him to clarify within 14 days, who today holds the authorities of Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court.
The letter in part says:
"Any ambiguity, regarding holds the authorities of Chief Clerk, undermines the competence of the High Court of Justice as a national tribunal for acts violating fundamental rights. Moreover, the Supreme Court being the highest court of the land, such ambiguity also undermines the integrity of the entire Israeli court system."

All comments are welcome... especially any tips regarding corruption of the courts in Los Angeles. Anonymous tips are fine. One simple way to do it is from internet cafes, etc.
