13-12-07 US: Growing concerns of civil war

The Jim Garrow story below is not propagated as a suggestion that it is authentic, only to suggest that its wide distribution by various outlets for some time indicates that the idea of a civil war, US military v the People, is not perceived as far-fetched.  

Needless to say, drills conducted by the US military on large civilian centers don't help in assuaging such concerns.

And the question mark, below, relative to Martial Law is obviously misplaced, since the passing of NDAA executive authority for indefinite detention of US citizens should be deemed the imposition of martial law already...
