13-12-17 US: Surge in popular resistance: The Sheriffs and the 2nd Amendment

Among all resistance movements, the Sheriffs Movement is one of the most interesting.  Some of the sheriffs are the most corrupt individuals in local government, but the position may still hold unique powers relative to evolving conditions in the United States.
