14-04-12 US under the Greater Depression: Corruption of the justice system

Investigative journalist Matt Taibbi is one of the best writers on the Greater Depression and its causes.  In recent years he has written mostly about corruption of the banks and banking regulation in the United States.
However, his latest book explores corruption of the courts as a central cause of the Greater Depression and poverty, which has not been seen in the US since the Great Depression of a century ago.
