2014-04-29 US: At Least 4% of Death Row Inmates Are Innocent

At the time, I was trying to get some official response from the LA Superior Court, on why they opposed the release of the Rampart-FIPs, even after it was documented that they were falsely prosecuted; falsely convicted, falsely sentenced.  

The unofficial response I got, was that they number less than 5% of the prisoners in LA, and 5% false conviction is within the reasonable margin of erros in the courts...
The top three recommendations of the 2010 Human Rights Council report on Human Rights in the United States are:
1) Stop executions.
2) Abolish slavery.
3) Restore habeas corpus.
