The cases respresent the coordinated efforts of BRIC nations to contain US trade hegemony, the loss of US control of international bodies, such as the World Trade Organization, and they expose failure of the US to live up to its own claimed free trade policies. jz

The World Trade Organization agreed on Monday this week to side with claims against the United States made by both China and India concerning US-imposed tariffs on products exported to America.
