The current intifadah started this summer following widespread punitive measures by IDF against the Palestinian civilian population in the aftermath of the kidnaapping/murder of 3 Jewish youths, and the murder of Palestinian youth Muhammad Abu Hader in retaliation by Jews.
The only reason for the lack of awareness of the current intifadah, is lack of reporting and/or deliberate blackout by media.
