Standoffs in Ferguson, St. John, massive police presence
Police in Missouri were involved in two separate standoffs outside of St. Louis, including one in Ferguson where at least one person was shot. In nearby St. John, the St. Louis County SWAT team dealt with a person barricaded in a home.
