Fleeing from the Caliphate monster. This is an improvised bridge outside of Ramadi - currently used by tens of thousands of refugees. The importance of a bridge like that is key; if the ISIS/ISIL/Daesh goons would replicate it, with some others added, they would be able to cross the Euphrates and march towards Karbala.
