Today, Haaretz informs us that the Shin-Bet decided that there is no sufficient evidence to claim that Lehava is an illegal organization: It is organized, it's members may own guns, it openly advocates violence against Arabs, it openly advocates toppling the current regime and establishing a theocracy, it's members were caught in actions such as arson of a bi-lingual Hebrew-Arabic school. If it were an Arab organization of the same nature, it's members would be in administrative detention for years...
Both in Israeli and in the US, it remains unclear, who and what the secret services are loyal to...

והיום הכותרת בהארץ: "השב"כ - אין ראיות מספקות להוצאת להב"ה מחוץ לחוק"... טוב, אז הם מאורגנים, הם מסיתים לאלימות וגזענות, הפרות החוק, ערעור יסודות המדינה, חבריהם נתפסו בהצתת ביה"ס הדו-לשוני ועוד...
אם היו ערבים, כבר היו עוצרים אותם מזמן, ויש חשש שהיו גם נפגעים או הרוגים בעת המעצרים (התנגדו למעצר...)
הן בישראל והן בארה"ב אין זה ברור כלל למי ולמה נאמנים השירותים החשאיים ...
