2016-09-03 UPDATE: Today, "Russia Today" reports that Israel agreed to allow a first visit to the ICC Hague, while denying its jurisdiction authority.
A key issue regarding the jurisdiction authority of the ICC Hague is the question, whether Israel has a competent justice system.
