Please take notice that Sustain, by Sustain Technologies, Inc, a Daily Journal Company,  listed under your software finder was alleged as the perpetrator of a large-scale fraud on the 10 million residents of Los Angeles County, California, in the past 25 years.  Repeated requests for comments or explanation on the matter by Mr Ronald George, who was allegedly in charge of installation of the system at the Los Angeles Superior Court around 1985, and by Mr Martin Berg, Editor of the Daily Journal - the parent company, were left unanswered.

Please initiate corrective actions and remove this software maker from your listing.
