Hi Shirley:

In case it helps, I would be happy to communicate with Harris County Sheriff regarding what appears as false arrest under false records.  All I would need is an email from her common law husband/domestic partner, similar to the one I drafted below. 

It may help having such communications conducted by a person who is far removed from any of the other issues in this case.     

Our right for honest, valid, and effectual records in the justice system, and our fundamental Human Rights are all connected at the hips!
