Jerusalem and Log Angeles, August 2 - two letters have been recently received in response to request for confirmation of receipt of Ethics Complaints against two senior officers of the Ministry of Justice of the State of Israel - Yoram HaCohen and Amit Ashkenazi.  The letter originated in the Jerusalem District - confirming receipt of the Complaint and asking for a revised filing, and from the Israel Bar national office - instructing the Tel Aviv District to confirm receipt of the Complaint as well.

No response has been received from the Tel-Aviv District to this date.

The Complaints allege Fraud and Breach of Loyalty by senior Ministry of Justice officers, pertaining to the implementation of the Electronic Signature Act (2001).  The Complaints allege that conduct of HaCohen and Ashkenazi undermined the integrity of the electronic records of the justice system of the State of Israel.

All comments are welcome... especially any tips regarding corruption of the courts in Los Angeles. Anonymous tips are fine. One simple way to do it is from internet cafes, etc.
