13-06-24 More on large-scale fraud in the US courts

Let's track back to another quote from your initial response:
As to the published ones, the decisions of courts of appeals and even of federal district courts, they are published and that publication IS all of the authentication that is needed. 

There are two pertinent questions about this quote:

1) Could you provide some legal reference to this quote?

2) Where are such decisions really published?

There is only one small problem with this publication - the identity of the server is not verified:

In contrast, here is the verification of the identify of the server of Twitter:

In fact, when I consulted world class computer science experts on my data, pertaining to the computer systems of both the US and Israeli courts, they considered this, beyond all other issues, to be the fatal flaw in the system.

From their perspective, if the server's identity is not verified, everything else is irrelevant, since you are dealing with an unreliable data source.
