Greetings Sacramento,
We are Anonymous
We have asked nicely and you ignore us... It is clear now, more than ever that the Sacramento city council and mayor are a shameless, inhumane and pathetic excuse for leadership... An embarrassment to cities everywhere, we intend to make you the poster child of what not to do... we will not stop. We are here until you repeal the “no rest” rules... Your attempt to harass us only strengthens our resolve... Criminalizing being homeless, arresting protesters, confiscating bedding and other belongings, only demonstrate your fascist, misguided efforts and solidify your award winning status as kings of the heartless. Enjoy your moment... When you get a chance, look in the mirror, really look... Are you proud of your actions? Do you like what you see? We encourage you again to stop the harassment, citation, harassment and vilification of the homeless and the protesters. The bright light of the media is about to put you center stage again... Your actions violate the eighth amendment of the Constitution and are a violation of basic human rights... When adequate shelter space exists, individuals have a choice about whether or not to sleep in public. However, when adequate shelter space does not exist, there is no meaningful distinction between the status of being homeless and the conduct of sleeping in public. Sleeping is a life-sustaining activity — it must occur at some time in some place. If a person literally has nowhere else to go, then enforcement of the anti-camping ordinance against that person criminalizes her for being homeless.
Such laws, the DOJ argues, violate the Eighth Amendment protections against cruel and unusual punishment, making them unconstitutional. Only real solutions are acceptable... We are stunned that you adopt a policy that has been an abysmal failure in San Francisco... Homelessness has tripled since the 1980's. Perhaps your crony business leaders will understand soon that we are not to be ignored... we will expose those that support this ordinance. Money is the only thing they understand. Legion, let us interfere with their money. You know the drill... #OpRight2Rest round 5, --- engaged

James Thompson I wish I knew more behind the scenes regarding Anonymous actions. This information is great, but it's all also info you can glean from simple searches, or reverse searches on inexpensive service sites like spokeo.

All comments are welcome... especially any tips regarding corruption of the courts in Los Angeles. Anonymous tips are fine. One simple way to do it is from internet cafes, etc.
