Scandalous: The European Union has transferred the Ukraine financial aid amounting to 260 million euros from the euro rescue package. However, the Ukraine is not member of the European Union, the euro still use them as official means of payment. The euro bailout financed by the EU Member States from taxpayers. Apart from the fact, that the Ukraine from this pot never may have money, this is our all tax money, what there is squandering.

The Ukrainian Government reports on its website: "In the context of financial cooperation between the Ukraine and the European Union, the Ukraine has received a loan of 260 million euros (the second and third tranche of financial assistance of the EU)."
The borrowing rate of the loan is 1.375 percent. The due date of the loan commitment is the 4th October 2024.
The 260 million euros were granted as part of EU macro-financial assistance amounting to EUR 610 million. The next tranche of EUR 250 million is planned for the February 2015.
The head of the capital markets Analysis Department of Robert Halver of Baader Bank told the German economic news: "the EUR 260 million coming from the euro rescue package. It is absorbed capital in free capital markets in the form of Government securities. The interest rate will be less than 1.375 percent. But at the moment nothing is known at the interest rate. The EU Commission is expected to announce the in the coming days or weeks. Here to mention that the Ukraine aid does not consist of money of the ECB. The political symbolism of this aid has a high priority."
The EU financial assistance will be mainly in the purchase of natural gas from Russia. Because the Ukraine wants to buy year end approximately a billion cubic metres of natural gas from Russia. The announced Energy Minister Juri Prodan in Kiev on Friday.

Die Ukraine ist aber weder Mitglied der Europäischen Union, noch benutzt sie den Euro als offizielles Zahlungsmittel. Der Euro-Rettungsschirm wird durch die EU-Mitgliedsstaaten aus Steuergeldern finanziert. Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Ukraine aus diesem Topf nie hätte Geld bekommen dürfen, ist das unser aller Steuergeld, was dort verprasst wird.
Die ukrainische Regierung meldet auf ihrer Webseite:
„Im Rahmen der finanziellen Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Ukraine und der Europäischen Union hat die Ukraine einen Kredit von 260 Millionen Euro (die zweite und dritte Tranche der Finanzhilfe der EU) erhalten.“
Der Sollzins des Kredits beträgt 1,375 Prozent. Das Fälligkeits-Datum der Kreditverpflichtung ist der 4. Oktober 2024.
Die 260 Millionen Euro wurden als Teil der EU-Makrofinanzhilfe in Höhe von 610 Millionen Euro gewährt. Die nächste Tranche in Höhe von 250 Millionen Euro ist für den Februar 2015 geplant.
Der Leiter der Kapitalmarkt-Analyseabteilung der Baader Bank, Robert Halver, sagte den Deutschen Wirtschafts Nachrichten:
„Die 260 Millionen Euro stammen aus dem Euro-Rettungsschirm. Es wird Kapital auf den freien Kapitalmärkten in Form von Staatspapieren aufgenommen. Der Zinssatz wird unter 1,375 Prozent liegen. Doch zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt ist zum Zinssatz noch nichts bekannt. Den dürfte die EU-Kommission in den kommenden Tagen oder Wochen bekannt geben. Hier ist zu erwähnen, dass die Ukraine-Hilfen nicht aus Geldern der EZB bestehen. Die politische Symbolik dieser Hilfen hat einen hohen Stellenwert.“
Die Finanzhilfen der EU werden hauptsächlich in den Ankauf von Erdgas aus Russland fliessen. Denn die Ukraine will bis Jahresende rund eine Milliarde Kubikmeter Erdgas aus Russland kaufen. Das kündigte Energieminister Juri Prodan am Freitag in Kiew an.
Der staatliche ukrainische Energiekonzern Naftogaz erklärte sich bereit, einen Teil seiner Schulden zu begleichen und vorab 610 Millionen Euro für neue Lieferungen zu bezahlen. Russland hatte im Juni wegen Preisstreitigkeiten seine Exporte zeitweise gekappt und angekündigt, künftig nur noch gegen Vorkasse zu liefern. Kiew, Moskau und die Europäische Union hatten sich vor zwei Wochen darauf verständigt, dass die Winterversorgung der Ukraine sichergestellt werden soll.
Der russische Energiekonzern Gazprom sieht allerdings die Weiterleitung von Gas durch die Ukraine nach Europa gefährdet. Das Risiko habe ein „kritisches“ Niveau erreicht. Etwa die Hälfte der russischen Gasexporte nach Europa führen über die Ukraine. Beide Länder liegen derzeit über Kreuz: Die Ukraine wirft Russland vor, die Separatisten im Osten des Landes zu unterstützen.
Unter den militärischen Auseinandersetzungen in der Ost-Ukraine leidet auch die Wirtschaft. Frühestens 2016 erwartet die Regierung die Rückkehr zu Wachstum.
