We were wined and dined on the docks. Nobody could figure out what was the reason for the battle of Trafalgar, but it was glorious nonetheless... smile emoticon
In the pics: The seamen punishment corner in the lower deck of the Victory with torture devices... The bowl of the ship - death-place of Nelson; the barrel in which his body was preserved in brandy to be transported back to England for burial.
The deserts were great! One more fact I never knew - the Mayflower sailed out from Portsmouth!
