a. The April 18, 2013 Decision by Justice Esther Hayut, as originally served; b. Additional copy of the April 18, 2013 Decision as received by mail, following request for a certified copy.

The Supreme Court is having difficulties issuing a valid decision record...
The Petition itself addresses widespread corruption of the Israeli courts over the past decade, enabled by new, fraudulent electronic record systems in the courts.
The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission was incorporated into the Human Right Council Report on Human Rights in Israel (2013) with a note, referring to "Lack of integrity in the electronic records of the Supreme Court, the district courts and the detainees courts in Israel".
