Occupy the Israeli Supreme Court - June 23- July 1 - in advance of "Preliminary Proceeding" in Petitions pertaining to the Public Housing Act on July 1, 2013
The Petitions
Three Petitions against the Israeli government were filed with the Israeli High Court of Justice over the past half year, pertaining to the refusal of the Government to comply with the Public Housing Act. [1]
Based on media reports, almost NIS 3 billions have accumulated under the law.
- Where is the money?
- Why does the government refuse to comply with the law and expend the money on public housing?
In none of the Petitions was a Conditional Decree entered, pursuant to the law. The Supreme Court is ignoring the Regulations of the High Court of Justice. [2] Instead of conducting Petition for Conditional Decree procedures, the High Court of Justice is conducting "preliminary proceeding" with no foundation in the law.
In short: The High Court of Justice is deceiving the people.
The High Court of Justice is charged with the safeguard of Civil Rights and the Rule of Law in the State of Israel. Instead, the High Court of Justice is colluding with the government in contempt of the Rule of Law.

Join us for a protest encampment in front of the Supreme Court in the week prior to the "preliminary proceeding" on July 1, 2013.
