U.S. GOVERNMENT LOST CONTROL OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY TO THE RACKET

ALLEGED: Denial of access to court records, corrupt case management systems, and support by review courts and federal agencies, allowed the conversion some 25 years ago of the largest court in the U.S.A. into THE RACKET, which perversely holds itself to be an Equity Court. THE RACKET specializes in wholesale real estate frauds, large scale financial crimes, and false imprisonments by the thousands. THE RACKET seized control of the most populous county in the U.S. from the U.S. government. It poses great risks to financial markets at home and abroad. Such conditions were demonstrated in events surrounding the collapse of Countrywide and its merger with Bank of America Corporation. Today, such conditions are crystallized in the false jailing of Atty RICHARD FINE by THE RACKET. Regardless: There simply is no way that the U.S. Government could defend the denial of public access to court records, including denial of access to party and counsel in criminal litigations... of the party's own case...
