Israel Hen - "Chief Clerk" of the Haifa Magistrate Court, Kobi Bleich - "Chief Clerk" of the Tel Aviv District Court, and Sarah Lifschitz, "Chief Clerk" of the Israeli Supreme Court, refuse to present their appointment records as Chief Clerk. All three also refuse to certify the respective court records, "True Copy of the Original:". [1]

As documeted in the petition Zernik v Minister of Justice Livni and Director of the Adminsitration of Courts Spitzer, the evidence indicates that all three occupy their offices with no appointment records at all - part of unprecedented corruption of the Israeli courts over the past decade. [2] h
