13-06-16 Toward the first anniversary of the self-immolation of Moshe Silman - criminally prosecute Judge Hagai Brenner!

 Emacs!  []

Occupy Tel-Aviv, June 16 - in the opening lines of his last letter, self-immolated, social protest activist Moshe Silman writes:  "and the Tel Aviv District Court obstructed my access to justice.  Magistrate Judge Hagai Brenner of the Tel Aviv District Court broke the law and perverted court procedures with impunity".

Inspection of the court files related to the matters of Moshe Silman versus Social Security Administration in the Tel Aviv District Court revealed that Silman was accurate in his pronunciations about Magistrate Hagai Brenner and the Tel Aviv District Court:

Three court file numbers were identified, related to Moshe Silman versus Social Security Administration in the Tel Aviv District Court:
1) 13491/2008 - under this court file number, Silman's complaint against the Social Security Administration was purportedly registered.  Now the Office of the Clerk claims that such file never existed.
2) 1752-08 - under this court file number, Magistrate Judge Hagai Brenner denied Silman's complaint against the Social Security Administration, which failed to appear in this court file.
3) 6909-01-10 - under this court file number, Pro Tem District Judge Hagai Brenner denied Silman's appeal from Magistrate Hagai Brenner's decision under court file  1752-08.

Judge Hagai Brenner's conduct should in the case of Moshe Silman should be deemed criminality.  We must work to have Judge Brenner removed from the bench and criminally prosecuted.

Judge Hagai Brenner is only the tip of the iceberg!  Any hope for social justice is only a delusion, in a state where criminals are not prosecuted and are permitted to sit on the bench!
