1) Roger Shuler - Alabama "Legal Schnauzer" blogger beaten and falsely imprisoned
Was beaten and falsely imprisoned in October 2013 for five months, in what was agreed by legal experts was a clear violation of the First Amendment - prior constraint. The judge wanted Shuler to remove writing, deemed offensive of government officers. In particular - nude gay pics of US Judge BILL PRYOR.
Key issue in Shuler's case was that the court and the jail were hiding the arrest warrant. ACLU was on the case, trying to get access to the records. Now it turns out it was an unsigned warrant...
Regardless, it now appears that Shuler is on his way to prisoned again, his home taken.
