According to witnesses, Zachariah Julani was walking back from school, and was shot by a female military police from the 4th floor of a building near the entrance to the Shu'afat refugee camp. The ammunition was apparently a "black sponge bullet", considered dangerous. Witnesses say there was no reason at all for the shooting.
