IDF implements policies that effectively denies Palestinians entry to the old city of Hebron, which is a Palestinian city, but Jewish settlers would like to become Jewish. The main Palestinian market is shut down for years. The main street is for "Jewish only" movement, and Palestinians living there had their front doors boarded. They now must enter and exit their own homes through back doors or rooftop passages.
