And the story, short and simple, is that a lay-person, with no legal education, but some strange computer skills, is claiming that all computers of the U.S. courts, were now, with the completion of a major, 10 years project, completely corrupted, and that they routinely cheat, all the way up to the Chief Judge of the U.S. court of appeals, 9th circuit, Alex Kozinski.
But the Los Angeles Superior Court, is still special - it started the trend of fraud in court computers in 1985, and by now it is organized as a perfect racket the LA-JR. Moreover, it inspired so many others...
