Corruption of California courts noted by the United Nations

La Corrupción de los Tribunales de California Señaló que Naciones Unidas // 加州法院的腐败注意到联合国

In summer 2010, the staff report of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations, as part of the first ever, 2010 UPR (Universal Periodic Review) of Human Rights in the United States, noticed and referenced the Human Rights Alert April 2010 submission, pertaining to "corruption of the courts, the legal profession, and discrimination by law enforcement in California".

09-11-11-WHAT WOULD THE LATE WILLIAM BRENNAN SAY? Extra No 2

WHAT WOULD THE LATE WILLIAM BRENNAN SAY?
It will perhaps not surprise you that the text I have chosen for exploration is the amended
Constitution of the United States, which, of course, entrenches the Bill of Rights and the Civil
War amendments, and draws sustenance from the bedrock principles of another great text,
the Magna Carta. So fashioned, the Constitution embodies the aspiration to social justice,
brotherhood, and human dignity that brought this nation into being. The Declaration of
Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights solemnly committed the United States
to be a country where the dignity and rights of all persons were equal before all authority. In
all candor we must concede that part of this egalitarianism in America has been more
pretension than realized fact. But we are an aspiring people, a people with faith in progress.
Our amended Constitution is the lodestar for our aspirations.

William Brennan, Symposium at Georgetown, 1985.

RICHARD FINE'S IMPRISONMENT ...

Was purportedly reviewed by a U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, to see if the imprisonment conformed with the fundamentals of the law...After the review was finished, a lay-person looked at it, and found out:

  • The Sheriff, who was and is holding Richard Fine for over 7 months, in solitary confinement, had no papers, whatsoever, at all, to support the arrest and booking...
  • The Los Angeles Sheriff falsely entered in the Index of Inmates that Richard Fine was arrested and booked in Municipal Department 86 in the San Pedro Court...
  • In fact Richard Fine was arrested at the Superior Court, downtown, Los Angeles,
  • There is no evidence that Richard Fine was ever lawfully booked...
  • The Sheriff Department also stated that the papers were held with the booking agency...
  • However, no Municipal Courts exist in LA County since 2002...
  • The Sheriff Department in San Pedro denied any knowledge of the matter, and so did the Superior Court in San Pedro.
  • The most plausible explanation for the strange and unusual jailing conditions - in solitary confinement, in the jail's hospital is -- that Richard Fine was never included in the Inmate List, and therefore, he must not be present in any of the three times a day Inmate Counts...
  • There never was a judgment, and never was a warrant... NADA... All fake all the way...
