Next month a 3-day Reggae festival is scheduled in Jerusalem. Last year, I was told that thousands attended, and the whole Valley of the Cross had a heavy cloud of marijuana smoke over it.
Police never stopped anybody. Let alone, searched the homes of those, who forgot their grass at home, and had no grass on them and were using no grass on location.
On that background, the seriousness of the conduct of the Israel Police relative to the dirty Austrian Hippy should be clearly seen as targeted law enforcement.
