Dear Supervisor Antonovich:

I am writing to you again regarding the ongoing false imprisonment of Richard Fine in Los Angeles, California - with no warrant, no conviction, and no sentencing at all. Attorney Richard Fine, a 70 year-old, former US prosecutor, anti judicial corruption activist, was held in solitary confinement, under false hospitalization, since March 4, 2009 - less than two weeks after February 20, 2009 signing by the California Governor of pardons for all Los Angeles Superior Court judges -- for the wrongful conduct exposed by Richard Fine.

In October 2009 I repeatedly requested Sheriff Lee Baca to access the arrest and booking papers of two senior attorneys, who had filed complaints regarding alleged widespread corruption of the LA Superior Court, and were later arrested by the Sheriff - albeit - with no warrants at all. They were: (1) Richard Fine (still falsely imprisoned), and (2) Ronald Gottschalk (now freed on bail).

Sheriff Lee Baca never allowed access to such papers -- in alleged violation of the California Public Records Act.

Later, I requested the assistance of your office in this matter, and I am grateful for your response, dated November 16, 2009.

Today, I again spoke with your office, and it was clear that you have not received any response from Sheriff Lee Baca either. I was informed that response was due within 30 days, and that your office was following up this week.

I will call your office this Friday, and I hope to hear what else you could do to assist in this serious situation, in case there would still be no response from the Sheriff.
