The US, where the power structure today does not follow its constitutional dictates is not alone. Israel is a nation hijacked by a shin-bet judiciary gang.
An exclusive news item, published by Haaretz again confirms this analysis. The news provides leaks from discussion in the bureau of Prime Minister Netanyahu during the "Harpaz Affair".
Harpaz, a former senior IDF intelligence officer, was removed from office following a series of concerns regarding his reliability and character. Regardless, he was reinserted into the system, and even after retirement he was routinely in and out of the highest offices of both the civilian and military levels with no reason at all.
The "Harpaz Affair" itself refers to the forging of a critical document by Harpaz and its distribution, in an effort to influence the appointment of a future Chief of Staff. The entire affair reflected a breakdown of regular management in the senior command of IDF and the supervisory civilian levels.
The critical data in today's news is that the Shin Bet knew about the affair early on, and according to the leaks, Netanyahu believed at the time that then future and today current Shin Bet head Tamir Fredo was involved in the matter. Surely, the shin bet never investigated the matter, although it had advance notice of the forged document.
Regardless, Fredo is today the head of Shin Bet!
The "Harpaz Affair" documented total breakdown of regular government operations, and failure of the shin bet to prevent it, or investigate in a timely manner the criminality involved, indicates betrayal by the shin bet of its mission in a nation under civilized society.
To this date, the investigation of the "Harpaz affair" has not been concluded, and no person has been criminally prosecuted.
P.S. As is often the case on critical news, the paper edition of Haarez provides the full story, the online edition a softer version, and I could not find this front page, above the fold headline in the the English edition.
