The true bombshell was the 5 MB email disk that Julian Assange promised to release in January 2011. Assange managed to publish the US State Dept cables, but when it came to Bank of America:
* All wikileaks bank accounts were frozen with no due process at all, leading to the landmark December 25, 2010 NYT editorial "Banks and Wikileaks", explaining that the truth about the banks is no longer fit to print...
* No 2 in Wikileaks defected and destroyed the Bank of America data.
* Assange was framed on rape in Sweden
The rest is history.
Regardless, evidence of racketeering by top Bank of America officers, particularly Brian Moynihan, has been around for years. [1] The Bank is simply above the law.
