13-10-25 ISRAEL: A nation hijacked by the Shin-Bet/judiciary gang

Headed the gang in critical years for undermining civil society in Israel: a) Aharon Barak (Supreme Court 1995-2005, Avi Dichter (Shin Bet 2000-2005)

Critical event in the history of the Israeli regime over the past 30 years include:
a. Kav 300 Affair (1984), where the Shin-Bet and the justice system were in confrontation that ended with no clear victory for either.
b. Rabin's Assassination (1995), where the Shin-Bet was deeply involved and the justice system engaged in after the fact cover-up.
c. Death under suspicious circumstances of Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court Shamyahu Cohen (2002), an affair that included an "inside job" hacking of the computer systems of the Supreme Court and continued with the implementation of fraudulent computer systems in the Israeli courts, where today there are no lawfully appointed Chief Clerks in the Supreme Court, in the District Court and the Magistrate Courts. In this case, the initiative was probably by the judges, headed by Aharon Barak in the Supreme Court, in full collaboration of the Shin-Bet, who is charged with protection of such computer systems, under Avi Dichter.

Today, Israel is a nation, where the courts operate in violation of the law of the State of Israel, where judges falsify court records on a routine basis with impunity, issue records, which cannot be deemed valid court records by any standard, and conduct sham court process.

In parallel, Barak developed theories that "everything is adjudicable", and which permit the judges to ignore the explicit language of the law or written contracts, and rely on interpretation of "intentions" instead.

The Collection and Enforcement Authority serves today as central to the robbing of the people, including the charging of exorbitant interest rates and attorneys fees, which cause the downfall of those, who are already on the verge.

The final outcome is soaring poverty, homelessness and cost of living, a nation where the distribution of income and asset no longer fits a civilized society, and where the people lost their trust in the justice system.

There is an urgent need for reform of the court system in Israel. But the damage done over the past decade under Presiding Justices Barak, Beinisch and Grunis may take decades to undo.

מאורעות מכוננים בתולדות המשטר בישראל ב-30 השנים האחרונות כוללים את: 

א. פרשת קו 300 (1984), בה השב"כ ומערכת המשפט התעמתו ללא ניצחון ברור לאף אחד מהם.

ב. רצח רבין (1995), בו היה השב"כ מעורב עמוקות, ומערכת המשפט עסקה בטיוח לאחר מעשה.

ג. מותו בנסיבות מחשידות של מזכיר בית המשפט העליון שמריהו כהן (2002), פרשה שכללה פריצה מבפנים של מחשבי בית המשפט העליון והמשיכה בהתקנת מערכות מחשבים מרמתיות בבתי המשפט בישראל, בהם אין היום מזכירים ראשיים ממונים כחוק, מבית המשפט העליון, דרך בתי המשפט המחוזיים ועד בתי המשפט השלום. במקרה זה היוזמים היו ככל הנראה השופטים, בראשות אהרן ברק, בשיתוף פעולה מלא של השב"כ, האחראי על בטחון מערכות אלה, תחת כהונתו של אבי דיכטר.

כיום ישראל היא מדינה בה בתי המשפט מתנהלים בניגוד לחוקי מדינת ישראל, השופטים מזייפים את כתבי בתי המשפט באין מפריע, מנפיקים כתבים שאינם יכולים להיחשב תקינים בכפוף לחוקי מדינת ישראל או כל מדד חוקי בינלאומי, ומנהלים הליכים למראית עין. 

במקביל, פיתח אהרן ברק תיאוריות ש"הכל שפיט", ומתירה לשופטים להתעלם מלשונו המפורשת של החוק או מלשונם המפורשת של חוזים כתובים, ולפרש "כוונות" במקום זאת. 

ההוצאה לפועל משמשת היום גורם מרכזי בשוד העם, ובכלל זאת על ידי השמת ריביות בלתי סבירות ודמי טרחה לעורכי דין, הממוטטים סופית את החלשים ממילא.

התוצאה הסופית היא עלייה חדה בעוני, במחוסרי הדיור, וביוקר המחיה. מדינה בה התפלגות ההכנסות והנכסים אינה תואמת עוד חברה מתוקנת, והציבור איבד את אימונו במערכת המשפט.

יש צורך ברפורמה עמוקה של בתי המשפט בישראל. אולם תיקון הנזק, שנגרם תחת כהונתם של אהרן ברק, דורית בייניש ואשר גרוניס בעשור האחרון, עשוי לקחת עשרות שנים.
