RE:
Notice of Protest Demonstration against corruption of the courts and
the law enforcement system at the entrance to the Supreme Court on
November 01, 2016, 08:00 – 19:00
Your
expedient response by fax is kindly requested. Time is of the
essence!
Dear
Commander HaLevy:
1.
On November 01, 2016, demonstration was planned at the entrance to
the Supreme Court, protesting corruption of the courts – the Family
Courts, the Maigstrate Courts, the District Courts and the Supreme
Cort, and also protesting corruption of law enforcement – the
Debtors’ Courts, Israel Police, State Prosecution and the Attorney
General.
2.
I was not the originator of the demonstration, but I heard about it
on Facebook.
3.
I have no clear information regarding the expected number of
participants. However, past experience indicates that no more than 50
persons are expected. The planned demonstration is an open air
event, and no political speeches are planned.
4.
To the best of my knowledge, there is no need for a permit at all
under such circumstances. However, I notice you herein in order to
assist in the safeguard of public peace and welfare and in
coordination of this important public event.
Therefore,
I kindly request your expedient response by fax, confirming receipt
of instant notice, and also providing any information that you may
find necessary for coordinating the event, and/or any reservations or
objections that you may have to this protest demonstration.
Truly,
Joseph
