The crime scene provided plenty of physical evidence: hairs, fingerprints, DNA samples. None of them matched Roman Zadorov. But the Israeli authorities refuse to examine the evidence against the victim's classmates, who are key suspects in the case... Therefore, one cannot view the police, prosecution and the judges as ones who acted honestly.

OccupyTLV, April 9 - denial of Zadorov's appeal by the Israeli Supreme Court had a paradoxical effect - polls show that the vast majority of Israeli public believes that Zadorov is innocent... Maybe it is only commonsense? What is so sorely missing in the hundreds of pages, written by the justices...
There is no need to engage in a guessing game... The authorities have plenty of evidence to enable true investigation of Tair Rada's murder. However, the authorities have refused for ten years to conduct any honest investigation. Therefore, one cannot deem the police, prosecution and judges involved in the case, as one who acted honestly.
The system is corrupt to the core! Free Zadorov now!
Tair Rada's school mates are the natural suspects in the murder, but the Israel Police for 10 years refuse to conduct true investigation of the case!
a. Whose are the long black hairs?
Long black hairs were discovered in the victim's hand. They are not Tair's and they are not Zadorov's. But the authorities have never tried to match them against any of her schoolmates...
b. Whose are the fingerprints?
Dozens of fingerprints were discovered in the murder scene. None of them matched Zadorov. But the authorities have never tried to match them to any of Tair's schoolmates... 
C. Whose are the DNA samples?
Biological samples, collected in the crime scene, permitted the extraction of DNA samples. During the initial hearing on Zadorov's arrest, 10 years ago, Police claimed that DNA finger profiling showed a match with Zadorov. Then, it turned out to be false claims... But the DNA samples have never been examined against Tair's schoolmates...
As long as the authorities refuse to examine the physical evidence against the suspect girls, one cannot deem the police, prosecution and judges, involved in the case, as one who acted honestly.

בזירת הרצח נמצאו שפע ראיות של ממש: שערות, טביעות אצבע, דוגמאות מהן הופק דנ"א. אף אחת מהן לא תאמה את רומן זדורוב. אבל הרשויות מסרבות לבדוק אותן מול הנערות החשודות... לכן אי אפשר לראות את השוטרים, הפרקליטים והשופטים כמי שפעלו בתום לב.
דחיית ערעורו של זדורוב על ידי בית המשפט העליון גרמה לתוצאה פרדוקסלית - סקרים מראים שאימון הציבור באשמתו של זדורוב רק פחת בעקבות פסיקת בית המשפט העליון... ואולי זה רק שכל ישר? מה שחסר באופן מגוחך במאות העמודים שכתבו שופטי בית המשפט העליון...
אין כל צורך לעסוק בניחושים... בידי הרשויות די והותר ראיות לחקור את הרצח חקירת אמת. אולם הרשויות מסרבות לחקור את רצח תאיר ראדה חקירת אמת כבר עשר שנים. לכן אי אפשר לראות את השוטרים, הפרקליטים והשופטים כמי שפעלו בתום לב.
מושחתים כולם! לשחרר את זדורוב מיד!!!
א. של מי השערות השחורות הארוכות? שערות שחורות ארוכות, שנמצאו בכף ידה של הנרצחת תאיר ראדה ז"ל, אינן של הנרצחת ואינן של רומן זדורוב. אבל הרשויות מעולם לא בדקו את השערות מול הנערות החשודות...
ב. ושל מי טביעות האצבע? עשרות טביעות אצבע נמצאו בזירת הרצח. אף אחת מהן אינה תואמת את זדורוב.אבל הרשויות מעולם לא בדקו אותן מול הנערות החשודות...
ג. ושל מי דוגמאות הדנ"א? אף אחת מהן אינה תואמת את רומן זדורוב! בעת הארכת מעצרו של זדורוב, בסמוך לרצח, טענה המשטרה שבדיקות הדנ"א הראו התאמה לזדורוב. אח"כ התברר שלא היו דברים מעולם... אבל מעולם לא בדקו את דוגמאות הדנ"א מול הנערות החשודות....
כל עוד מסרבות הרשויות לבדוק את הראיות הפיזיות מול הנערות החשודות, אי אפשר לראות את השוטרים, הפרקליטים והשופטים כמי שפעלו בתום לב. מושחתים כולם! לשחרר את זדורוב מיד!
