On January 20, the anniversary eve of the Citizens United Supreme Court ruling, which further privileged corporations over people in our Constitution, NationofChange along with groups across the country are uniting for a day of mass action centered in the San Francisco Financial District.

In the same way that the world has been forced to recognize the practical and symbolic occupation of Wall St. in New York City, we will once again command the national narrative through mass occupation, mobilization, non-violent direct action and disobedience.

Our goals:

• To end corporate person-hood! Corporations are NOT people; Money is NOT speech.
• To expose how Wall St. operates in our midst, attacking our communities, homes, livelihoods, education, environment, democracy, and health.
• To demand that banks stop foreclosing on our neighbors and evicting them from their homes for profit.
• To contribute toward ongoing community fights for social and economic justice against banks and corporations.
• To build and mobilize a broad-based, strategic mass movement asserting the people power of the 99% in San Francisco, the Bay Area, California, and the region.

What happens when an attorney realizes that he is victim of fraud by the US court...
The attorney in question was trying to protect his lawful rights against abuse by the state courts.  The US District court in question patronizes the corruption of the state courts through the conduct of simulated litigation, to deprive the attorney of his lawful rights. By now, such conduct by the US courts is documented as a routine from coast to coast.

Richard Fine was in a similar place, or worse.  He was held in solitary confinement in Men's Central Jail, filing his habeas corpus petitions in the US District Court, US Court of Appeals, and SCOTUS.  As a former US Prosecutor, he could not believe my analysis of his cases. Moreover, he had no access to computers in jail.  I filed in his cases "Motions to Intervene", the goal was to serve on him in jail various records, which he had no access to.

You would find the most comprehensive analysis of the fraud in the US courts from top to bottom in my Motion to Intervene in SCOTUS in his case. 

You should particularly check out the part of my filing in Richard Fine's case, which deals with appearances of attorneys who are not authorized, "with no communications with clients clause".

Finally, Richard Fine and his assistant conceded that I was correct all along, and when he was released, he called for popular revolt against the corrupt US justice system.

The worst mistake that I made, that Richard Fine made, and that you may make, is to assume that anything in the United States today, is what it was 10 or 20 years ago.  However, like you, I like to believe that if enough people of good will and good faith rise against the tyranny, we may prevail, with some help from above...

California Lawmaker Mary Hayashi, married to Judge Dennis Hayashi, steals $2,500 worth of merchandise, pays $180 fine, and walks. She serves no jail time, but agrees not to steal for the next three years.

The felony conviction for her arrest, which would have terminated her lawmaker position, was reduced to a misdemeanor. Therefore, she may continue in her position, and receive payment for her services to the public.

A Call for the Tea Party and Occupy Movements to "Occupy the Courts"

 

The Tea Party movement's disdain for big, unchecked government power and the Occupy movement's disdain for big, unchecked banking power can find common ground in the effort to end never-intended corporate "personhood" constitutional rights. Both should help organize one-day occupations at more than 75 federal courthouses across the country on January 20, 2012.

The campaign is being initiated by Move to Amend ( http://www.movetoamend.org ), a broad coalition seeking to amend the US constitution to abolish the bizarre twin legal doctrines that corporations are people and money is speech. Both movements have in different ways educated and organized in support of the majority gaining or regaining control from a privileged few over the political and economic decisions affecting them and their communities.

January 06, 2012 "fff" -- A Chilean judge has indicted a retired U.S. Naval officer, Capt. Ray E. Davis, in the murder of two American citizens in Chile during the U.S.-supported Pinochet coup in 1973. The indictment indicates that the U.S. military and the CIA may have been responsible for the national-security assassination of two Americans several decades before the start of the war on terrorism.

The two Americans were journalists � 31-year-old Charles Horman and 24-year-old Frank Teruggi. During the Pinochet coup in 1973, both men were taken captive and executed in cold blood.

For decades, the CIA, playing the innocent, denied any involvement in the murders.

Then, in 1999 a declassified State Department document revealed that the CIA had, in fact, played some unidentified role in at least Horman�s murder.

What did Horman and Teruggi supposedly do to justify being taken out? The allegation is that during the coup, Horman acquired evidence documenting the U.S. government�s complicity in the coup. Therefore, the argument goes, by acquiring such information Horman became an immediate threat to the national security of the United States.

There is no statue of limitations on murder. The U.S. government, including the Justice Department and the Congress, owe it to the American people, including the families of Charles Horman and Frank Teruggi, to open official investigations into the murders of these two young men and to bring to justice every U.S. official who participated in such murders.

If Chileans aren�t scared to confront the truth, why should Americans be?
