1. Introduction to the Appendices

The Appendices are filed with Prof. Uri Sivan, Technion President, and Prof. Daniel Chamovitz, Chair of VERA and Ben Gurion University President, as part of the appeal for review of Rachel Ben-Ari's competence as Legal Counsel to the Technion and VERA. The overall claim is that Rachel Ben-Ari is a central figure in a simulated court action in the Haifa Family Court. As part of this simulation, it is alleged that Rachel Ben-Ari is impersonating an Estate Administrator with no lawful appointment.

The Appendices focus on specific events or details of the complicated plot. Even when each event is not a complete proof of the alleged deceit, they serve as "Badges of Fraud". The Badges of Fraud are a legal doctrine that is used to prove complicated fraud cases through a series of events. It is the combination of the events that provides the proof, even when each alone is inconclusive.

Soon after I received the initial pleading in this case, I sent a notice to Rachel Ben-Ari, Yoav Salomon, and their clients, and I filed a notice with Judge Hila Gurevitz that the initial pleading appeared to be a "declaration of intent to perpetrate a simulated court process".

Ben-Ari sent me a notice that it was a "joint enterprise", even though her client was listed as Defendant and Salomon's client was listed as Plaintiff.

Why would two experienced attorneys join forces in filing a lawsuit, and then list their clients as opposing parties? Well, it makes full sense in a simulated court process...

Another paradox in this type of court action:

Rachel Ben-Ari has managed to gain control of an Estate of NIS 5-6 million using a paper she drafted and that Judge Hila Gurevitz purportedly signed for her.

Hila Gurevitz, who appears as a Judge in this case, is unhappy with my attitude. To show her displeasure, she imposed on me some NIS 20,000-30,000 in "expenses to benefit the State Treasury". However, Hila Gurevitz is unable to generate charges for collection by the Israeli government Collection Center from this court file...

Another example:

The perpetrators find it imperative to silence me by charging me exorbitant penalties as "expenses to benefit the State Treasury", by declaring me incompetent and therefore one who has no say in the court process, by causing papers that I file in court to disappear, etc...

At the same time, they repeatedly claim that their actions are perpetrated with my full consent.  

Such duplicity, which some people find difficult to believe, is at the center of simulated court processes.
