Obama: From State of the Union Address to Subpoena in the US Court in Georgia?
The authenticity, or lack thereof, of the digital record that was produced by the White House as Obama's long form birth certificate is not likely to be settled by the US courts anytime soon.  It would be like cold turkey quitting the fraud in electronic records in the courts, in banking, and in government agencies.  The President himself supports a mega fraud settlement for the banks.  Why not the same for him too?

b)      Authentic microfilm copies of contemporary birth certificates.
Los Angeles, January 24 - "The authenticity, or lack thereof, in the digital record that was produced by the White House as Obama's long form birth certificate is not likely to be settled by the US courts anytime soon," predicts Joseph Zernik, PhD, from Human Rights Alert (NGO).

The main reason: any discussion of the matter, immediately brings up the question of what is a valid, legally admissible digital record in the United States.

However, the US electronic record systems of the past 2-3 decades are fraught with fraud.  Fraud has been repeatedly shown in the electronic record systems in:

• State and US courts
• Prisons
• Banks
• Mortgage registration
• Land ownership registration
• Banking and exchange regulating agencies
• Voting machines
• Supreme Court of the United States.

If the US District Court in Georgia decides that the president is not permitted to admit false and deliberately misleading, digitally-generated records in court, then the People may later demand that the same standard be applied to the banks, or even the courts...

 Consider this: The usurper is going to give the State of the Union Address tomorrow night, Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012. Mr. Cool will stand at the podium in front of the full Outlaw Congress, Supreme Court Justices and other "luminaries" knowing full well his game of fraud might just be on the cliff. But, as a very practiced, pathological liar, the serial vacationer will no doubt yuk it up while trying to look serious reading how many teleprompters?
 Two days later, Jan. 26, 2012, Barry is required to respond to a subpoena to bring all his records to court in Georgia to prove his eligibility to run for the office he has usurped.
 Unless his attorney's can get an emergency stay of some sort between now and Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012 - the imposter president of these united States of America will be in a court room in Georgia or be held in contempt. 
 When you think about it, it really is an extraordinary set of circumstances.

Discontinuities in Succession of Certification Authority in the Israeli Supreme Court:  Corrections and Elaboration
Among the records, which were reviewed:

•  First discontinuity appears on March 11, 2002, after the death of Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen (March 6?): Cohen’s certification is replaced by an unnamed “Magistrate”.
• Second discontinuity appear in November 2002: Certifications appear by “Sarah Lifschitz  Clerk of the Court.”
• Third discontinuity appears in early January 2003, in decisions published by Justices Aharon Barak and Dorit Beinsich: No certification statements appear on the decisions, only a disclaimer of authenticity, a practice that continues to this date.

Proposed corrective measures include:

• Examination and validation of the electronic record systems of the courts by Israeli computing experts;
• Reform of the offices of Clerks of the Courts through legislation.  

Under the tenure of Chief Justices Aharon Bark and Dorit Beinisch integrity of the electronic records of the Supreme Court of Israel was and is undermined.
 
Jerusalem, January 21  Joseph Zernik, PhD, published corrections and elaboration on a report, first published on January 17, 2012,  “Evolution of the Electronic Decision Forms…,”[1] an appendix to the earlier report, “Simulated Records, Simulated Litigation Enabled by the Electronic Record Systems of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel”. [2]

Among the records, which were reviewed (dates are best estimates), under the tenure of Chief Justice Aharon Barak:

• On March 11, 2002, after to the death of Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen (March 6?), Cohen’s certification is replaced by an unidentified “Magistrate”.

•  The May 18, 2011 Order in Katzav v State of Israel (3372/11), is published by Justice Yoram Danziger, which was not duly served, which the Office of the Clerk refuses to certify, and which should be considered a simulated order.

Proposed corrective measures include the following:

The Israeli Courts Administration is asked to produce records pertaining to change in the Clerk’s electronic certification around the untimely death of Clerk of the Supreme Court Shmaryahu Cohen (שמריהו כהן)
Today, the Supreme Court of Israel issues all its decisions uncertified, “subject to editing and phrasing changes”.  What was the basis for the Supreme Court’s switch into issuing simulated, tentative-basis decisions?

Jerusalem, January 19  previous reports, issued by Human Rights Alert (NGO) regarding the electronic records of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel showed:

• Routine issuance of simulated judicial records and conduct of simulated case reviews, [1,2] and
• Profound changes in the Clerk’s certification in late 2001-early 2002, around the untimely death of Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen. [3]

Today, a Freedom of Information request was filed with the Courts Administration, [4] for records that would shed light on the changes in the certification procedures.
The previous report [3] tied the death of Shmaryahu Cohen (March 2002) to:

• Deletion of the certification statement, “True copy of the original”
• Addition of a disclaimer, “Version subject to editing and phrasing changes”
• Deletion of the individual Clerk’s name and the authority of the office of the Clerk of the Court.

Additionally, the initial report [1] documented that the Supreme Court today:

• Routinely fails to duly serve its decisions;
• Refuses to permit the office of the Clerk to certify the Court’s decisions;
• Refuses to apostille certify, pursuant to the Hague Convention (1961), key records of the Court.

Such conduct undermines the rule of law, as most clearly documented by the recent conduct of Justice Yoram Danziger and others in the Supreme Court. [5] 

In the United States, where similar electronic record systems had been implemented a decade earlier, they opened the door for widespread corruption of the courts, undermining the foundation of Human Rights and Civil Society.[6,7] Moreover, such conduct in the courts also undermines effective banking regulation. [8]
Computing experts, who are readily available in Israel, should assist the appropriate State agencies in review and repair of the electronic record systems of the Israeli courts. [9] Additional proposed corrective measures include reform of the office of the Clerk of the Court in the State of Israel.
