12-04-15 2012 presidential election votes will be counted in Spain...

Reminder: Computing experts from MIT, Caltech, Carnegie Melon have repeatedly warned that the machines, used in US elections were susceptible to fraud:

Spanish Company Will Count American Votes Overseas In November

When the Spanish online voting company SCYTL bought the largest vote processing corporation in the United States, it also acquired the means of manufacturing the outcome of the 2012 election. For SOE, the Tampa based corporation purchased by SCYTL in January, supplies the election software which records, counts, and reports the votes of Americans in 26 states900 total jurisdictionsacross the nation.

As the largest election results reporting company in the US, SOE provides reports right down to the precinct level. But before going anywhere else, those election returns are routed to individual, company servers where the people who run them get first look at results and the ability to immediately and privately examine vote details throughout the USA.   In short, this redirects results to a centralized privately held server which is not just for Ohio, but national; not just USA-based, but global.

And although the votes will be cast in hometown, American precincts on Election Day, with the Barcelona-based SCYTL taking charge of the process, they will be routed and counted overseas.

SCYTL itself is a leader in internet voting technology and in 2010 was involved in modernizing election systems for the midterm election in 14 American states.

But although SCYTLs self-proclaimed reputation for security had won the company the Congressionally approved task of handling internet voting for American citizens and members of the military overseas, upon opening the system for use in the District of Columbia, the University of Michigan fight song The Victors was suddenly heard after the casting of each ballot. The system had been hacked by U of M computer teachersand students in response to a challenge by SCYTL that anyone who wished to do so, might try!

Nevertheless, in spite of warnings by experts across the nation, American soldiers overseas will once again vote via the internet in 2012. And because SCYTL will control the method of votingandthanks to the purchase of SOEthe method of counting the votes as well, there will be no ballots, no physical evidence, no way for the public to authenticate who actually cast the votesor the count.

The American advocacy group Project Vote has concluded that SCYTLs internet voting system is vulnerable to attack from the outside AND the inside, a situation which could result in an election that does not accurately reflect the will of the voters Talk about having a flair for understatement!

It has also been claimed that SCYTL CEO Pere Valles is a socialist who donated heavily to the 2008 Obama campaign and lived in Chicago during Obamas time as Illinois State Senator. Unfortunately, given what is known about the character of Barack Obama, such rumors must be taken as serious threats to the integrity of the 2012 vote and the legitimate outcome of the election.

Though much has been written about the threat of nationwide voting by illegals in November, it is still true that most election fraud is an inside job. And there now exists a purely electronic voting service which uses no physical ballots to which an electronic count can be matched should questions arise. Add to this the fact that the same company will have first count on all votes made in 14 US states and hundreds of jurisdictions in 12 others, and the stage is set for election fraud on a scale unimaginable just a decade ago.

Perhaps Obama had reason for supreme confidence when he said after my election rather than in case of to Russian President Medvedev a week ago.

12-04-15 Corruption in the California courts - business as usual

While In Jail, Whistleblower Kramer Exposing Mold And Chamber Of Commerce Cover-up Had Records Changed By Court

Kelman v. Kramer ~ On March 26th the Honorable Thomas Nugent removed Sharon Kramer’s false Criminal Contempt Record given her on March 12th, while unlawfully incarcerated, and….

Posted on April 2, 2012
then replaced it with a false Civil Contempt Record. The false criminal record was given to Mrs. Kramer on March 12th while unlawfully incarcerated at the Los Colinas Women’s Detention Center in Santee, California.
Sharon Noonan Kramer
On March 26th, the Court replaced the false Criminal Contempt record with a false Civil Contempt of Court record at the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. By doing so, the Court is concealing that on March 9th, the Court unlawfully ordered Mrs. Kramer to be incarcerated for refusing to commit perjury and sign the Fraudulent Retraction, crafted by Mr. Kelman’s attorney, Mr. Scheuer.
Signing this fraudulent document was not the requirement of the Contempt of Court Order of January 19th in order to avoid incarceration. Mrs Kramer’s signature on the false document would have absolved seven years of judicial, clerk, attorney and plaintiff misconduct aiding to defraud the public of billions of dollars over the mold issue.
Mrs. Kramer chose unlawful incarceration over being coerced into colluding with the courts to defraud the public. As a result of speaking the truth in America, she was incarcerated, now has an undeserved jail record and a false Contempt of Court record. The Court is concealing that what they have done over the cases of Kelman & GlobalTox v. Kramer and Kelman v. Kramer has aided the science fraud of Mr. Kelman to continue to be used in US courts to deny and delay financial responsibility for stakeholders – primarily the insurance industry -  for causations of environmental illnesses.
Mr. Kelman’s prolific testimony throughout the US courts as an expert, toxic tort defense witness is that he has proven individuals ”Could not be”  harmed by an environmental toxin. His testimony is based solely on a toxicology model.  That is not science now, and it never was.
The Courts overseeing the seven year saga of Kelman v. Kramer know this. They know they are aiding the false science to continue to the detriment of the United States public and to the benefit of the affiliates of the US Chamber of Commerce.

Just when Fatima Bouchar thought it couldn't get any worse, the Americans forced her to lie on a stretcher and began wrapping tape around her feet. They moved upwards, she says, along her legs, winding the tape around and around, binding her to the stretcher. They taped her stomach, her arms and then her chest. She was bound tight, unable to move.

12-04-14 and the Secret Service is getting laid

My experience with the Secret Service is limited:
  • One agent explained to me that I was designated by FBI a "bad guy"... According to him, it was not that I was truly a "bad guy", not to worry, it was just a designation, which meant that FBI had to undermine my efforts to gain Equal Protection and Rule of Law in Los Angeles County, California.
  • Another Secret Service agent, when I filed a complaint regarding large-scale fraud in the computer systems of Countrywide/Bank of America (large computer systems, particularly related to the banking, are part of the primary charge of the Secret Service), insisted on interviewing me regarding the presumed psychiatric condition the led me to file to such deranged claims...
Maybe they were busy in some group sex, never had time for my complaints...

12-04-14 US Wars on Drugs...

latimes.com

A fog of drugs and war

In a drunk driving and auto theft case last year, the Air Force pilot Patrick Burke was found not guilty "by reason of lack of mental responsibility" -- a result of the prescription drugs he'd taken.
April 7, 2012
SEATTLE — U.S. Air Force pilot Patrick Burke's day started in the cockpit of a B-1 bomber near the Persian Gulf and proceeded across nine time zones as he ferried the aircraft home to South Dakota.

Every four hours during the 19-hour flight, Burke swallowed a tablet of Dexedrine, the prescribed amphetamine known as "go pills." After landing, he went out for dinner and drinks with a fellow crewman. They were driving back to Ellsworth Air Force Base when Burke began striking his friend in the head.

Fatigue dogged U.S. pilots
Crews urged to use amphetamines days before Canadian troops killed

by Glen McGregor, Vancouver Sun, 3 June 2002

OTTAWA -- Pilots from the U.S. fighter squadron that mistakenly bombed Canadian troops in Afghanistan had told their commanders shortly before the fatal accident that they were exhausted and needed more rest between missions.
The informal meeting between pilots of the 183rd Fighter Wing and their commanding officers was convened after the unit misidentified a bombing target during a previous mission over Iraq. The 183rd, an Air National Guard unit currently stationed in Kuwait, was flying patrol missions in the no-fly zone in Southern Iraq as well as sorties over Afghanistan.
In the meeting, held in the week before Canadian soldiers were shelled by American bombs in Afghanistan, at least one F-16 pilot complained that requirements for crew rest were not being observed and that many of the pilots were overtired. The pilot was told, however, that further questions about crew rest would not be looked on favourably by the wing command.
Instead, pilots were advised to speak to a flight surgeon about so-called "go/no pills" -- amphetamines used to help stay awake on long missions, and sedatives to help sleep.
Then, on April 17, a fighter from the 183rd flying a patrol mission accidentally bombed Canadian troops conducting a live-fire exercise south of Kandahar. Four soldiers from the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry were killed and eight injured.
Pilots are supposed to get 12 hours of rest between missions, but that can be changed when the unit is in a state of alert. The 183rd has been flying missions in the no-fly zone since March.
Although U.S. air force rules allow flight surgeons to prescribe dextro-amphetamine (dexe-drine), the drug is supposed to be used for long transoceanic transport flights, not combat missions.
"If they can't work around the scheduling, and people have to work extended hours, then dextro-amphetamine is approved," said Betty-Anne Mauger, a public affairs officer with the U.S. air force surgeon general.

The U.S. Military Needs Its Speed

Elliot Borin Email 02.10.03

Recalling the American airborne invasion of Normandy during World War II in his 1962 book Night Drop, Army colonel and combat historian S.L.A. Marshall wrote: "The United States Army is indifferent toward common-sense rules by which the energy of men may be conserved in combat."
Pilots from the Air Force 183rd Fighter Wing felt the reverberations of Marshall's assessment -- which is cited on page 3 of the Navy's official guide for managing fatigue -- last April. According to reports published in Canada, they misidentified a target during a bombing run over Iraq. Meeting with their commanders, they complained they were exhausted, that the "common-sense" rule of 12 hours of rest between missions was being ignored.
In return they got two pieces of advice: Stop whining and visit the flight surgeon for some "go/no-go" pills.
About a week later, two members of the 183rd, Majs. Harry Schmidt and William Umbach, launched a laser-guided bomb on a Canadian training force, killing four and injuring eight.
At a recently concluded Article 32 hearing to determine if the pilots should be court-martialed for manslaughter, assault and dereliction of duty, Schmidt and Umbach's attorneys claimed it was the Air Force's dextro-amphetamine (trade name, Dexedrine) tablets, aka speed, that killed the Canadians, not Schmidt and Umbach.

12-04-14 Juvenile Detention in the United States

Caldwell Southwest Idaho Juvenile Detention Center Harrison County Juvenile Detention Center in Biloxi, Mississippi. Restraint chair for self-abusive juveniles at the Mendota Juvenile Treatment Center in Madison, WI

On any given night in the U.S., there are approximately 60,500 youth confined in juvenile correctional facilities...
It is one of the most profitable parts of the privatized prison industry, with prisons being paid up to $150,000 per juvenile per year by government...
Juvenile confinement has also been shown to be a thoroughly corrupt system in Los Angeles County, California, in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, and in Glynn County, Georgia...
Part of the expanding American Gulag...
