13-05-17 AP phone monitoring 'scandal': Obama, Holder, Mueller, or Mueller, Holder, Obama?
The nuttiest part of the current "scandal" of AP phone monitoring by the US gov, is when anybody tries to blame it on Obama. Obviously, the No 1 man in this administration continues to be FBI's Mueller III (in his 14th? year in office), the fuzzy guy in the background... That's probably the best definition of what a police state is. AP's own reporting should be corrected, the order of the persons in the photo caption below should be: Mueller III (the omnipotent), Holder (representative of banking interests), and Obama (the puppet president). jz

In 1995 Israel went through a coup d'estat. Prime Minister Yitzhaq Rabin was assassinated. Prior to the assassination, media described public speeches by current Prime Minister Netanyahu as incitement for assassination. The Secret Service was deeply involved, as detailed in court records. The assassin was sentenced to a long prison term, his Secret Service operator was found not guilty.
In the years that passed since, profound changes have taken place in Israeli society - the number of poor families doubled (today's newspapers said Israel had the most poverty among developed nations), and the economy is controlled by a handful of tycoons.
Rabin Square in that respect is an interesting contrast, probably the largest public square in Tel-Aviv, it is remarkable in its egalitarian, modest, Israeli modern design.
The northern front of the square is dominated by the modern style city hall, with the large front balcony, from which Rabin delivered a speech to a major rally minutes before the assassination. The city hall building may resemble Communist Party headquarters in the center of some former eastern-European cities. But one cannot deny its modesty...

Rabin had to be suspicious or wary of his bodyguards as well, since investigation records indicate that they had in the past practiced shooting at him blanks... Also the reliance of both sides on major public rallies has not been seen since.
The memorial is remarkable in its unstately state, particularly, relative to an event that is so recent. One cannot escape the suspicion that this memorial shares the fate of the memorials for the victims of Franco's bombardment of Barcelona in 1938. Regardless of the restoration of "democracy" in Spain, the fascist past remains dominant. Likewise, Israel will never overcome the effect of Rabin's assassination, until it comes to terms with what it really was.

בתגובה, היפנתה לשכת הנשיא את העותר להציג טענות אלה לפני המזכירות עצמה.
הבקשה שהופנתה היום לנשיא בית המשפט העליון מציינת, שבהעדר כתב מינוי כחוק לגב' שרה ליפשיץ כמזכירה ראשית של בית המשפט העליון, הפנייתו של העותר על ידי נשיא בית המשפט העליון למזכירות בעניין זה היא מוטעית ומטעית.
העתירה עצמה, דר' יוסף צרניק נ שרת המשפטים ציפי לבני ומנהל בתי המשפט מיכאל שפיצר (2689/13), טוענת שמערכות הכתבים האלקטרוניים שהונהגו בבתי המשפט בישראל (ובכלל זה בבית המשפט העליון) בעשור האחרון, הן מכשירים למירמה רחבת-היקף על העם בישראל. [3]
בית המשפט העליון ממציא היום את החלטותיו בצורה שאיניה יוכולה להיחשב בת תוקף:
- כתבי ההחלטות אינם נושאים כל חתימה של השופטים.
- כתבי ההחלטות נושאים תניית פטור "כפוף לשינויי עריכה ונוסח".
- כתבי ההחלטות מומצאים ללא כל מכתב מלווה (אותנטיקציה) מטעם המזכירות.
דוח סייג לזכויות האדם (NGO) למועצת זכויות האדם של האום היציג ראיות שנוהלים אלה הונהגו בבית המשפט העליון בסביבות 2002, יחד עם:
- תחולת חוק החתימה האלקטרונית (2001).
- הנהגת מערכות מחשבים חדשות בבית המשפט העליון (2002).
- התנחלותה של הגב' ליפשיץ במשרד המזכיר הראשי ללא כל כתב מינוי כחוק (2002).
דוח סייג לזכויות האדם גם הראה שבשנים אחר כך הופיע מספר רב של החלטות מזוייפות של בית המשפט העליון, הנושאות כביכול אישור אלקטרוני של המזכיר הראשי שמריהו כהן, ז"ל, שנים לאחר מותו.
דוח סייג לזכויות האדם הוכלל בדוח מועצת זכויות האדם של האו"ם לגבי ישראל (2013) בליוויית הערה לגבי "חוסר יושרה בכתבים האלקטרוניים של בית המשפט העליון, בתי המשפט המחוזיים ובתי הדין למוחזקי משמורת בישראל".
השחתה חסרת תקדים זאת של בית המשפט העליון התחוללה תחת כהונתו של הנשיא אהרון ברק, שפירסם את עצמו כמנהיגה של "מהפכה תחוקתית בישראל".
מערכות הכתבים האלקטרוניים של בתי המשפט בישראל מחקים מירמה במערכות דומות שהונהגו בבתי המשפט בארה"ב 10-20 שנה קודם לכן. דוח מבקר המדינה (2010) קובע שמערכות אלה הונהגו על ידי החברות האמריקאיות בבסיסן - יבמ ואי.די.אס. - בניגוד לחוקי מדינת ישראל. [4]

13-05-14 Presiding Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court is asked to produce the Chief Clerk's appointment record
The evidence shows that Ms Sarah Lifschitz has occupied the office of Chief Clerk of the Israeli Supreme Court for over a decade with no lawful appointment record. The request for Ms Lifschitz's appointment record followed correspondence, where the Petitioner asked the Presiding Justice to ensure honest registration of the records in a petition, where the Office of the Clerk engaged in false and deliberately misleading registration of records. The petition itself addresses widespread corruption of the Israeli courts over the past decade.

Occupy Tel Aviv Encampment, May 14 - Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO) forwarded a request to the Presiding Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court Asher Grunis to produce the appointment record of "Chief Clerk" Sarah Lifschitz. [1]
The request was the latest in correspondence with the Chambers of the Presiding Justice, [2] where Petitioner Joseph Zernik repeatedly provided the Presiding Justice with evidence of false and deliberately misleading registration of records in the petition Dr Joseph Zernik v Minister of Justice Tzipi Livni and Director of the Courts Michael Spitzer (2689/13), The Chambers of the Presiding Justice repeatedly responded by advising the Petitioner to address his concerns to the Office of the Clerk.

In today's request for the appointment record of Ms Lifschitz as Chief Clerk of the Israeli Supreme Court, Dr Zernik claims that absent such lawful appointment record, advising him, as Petitioner, to conduct his business with the Office of the Clerk is erroneous and misleading.
The petition Dr Joseph Zernik v Minister of Justice et al (2689/13) alleges large-scale fraud in the computerized record systems, which were implemented in the Israeli courts over the past decade.[3]
In the Supreme Court decision records are served today in a manner that could not possibly be deemed by any reasonable person valid:
- The decision records bear no visible signature of a justice of the court.
- The decision records bear a disclaimer “subject to editing and phrasing changes”, and
- The decision records are served with no accompanying authentication letter by the Clerk of the Court
As documented in the Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission to the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC), such practices were introduced in the Israeli Supreme Court around 2002, concomitantly with:
- Effective date of the Israeli Electronic Signature Act (2001),
- Implementation of new computerized record systems, which undermined the authority, duties and responsibilities of the Chief Clerk relative to the maintenance of court reocrds (2002), and
- The occupation of the office of the Clerk of the Court by Ms Lifschitz with no appointment record (2002).
In subsequent years, the Human Rights Alert (NGO) 2013 submission to the HRC documented large number of falsified/forged decision records of the Supreme Court, bearing electronic certifications by the late Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen years after his death.

Such unprecedented corruption of the Israeli Supreme Court took place under the tenure of Presiding Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court Aharon Barak, who was self-advertised as the leader of a “Constitutional Revolution” in the State of Israel.
The State of Israel has no constitution.
The electronic record systems of the Israeli courts, which were implemented over the past decade, mimic fraud in the electronic record systems of the state and federal courts in the United States. According to the Israeli State Ombudsman 2010 report, the systems were developed and implemented by US-based corporations IBM and EDS in violation of the law of the State of Israel. [4]
Both the petition Dr Joseph Zernik v Minister of Justice Tzipi Livni and Director of the Courts Michael Spitzer (2689/13) and today's request for the appointment record of Ms LIfschitz as Chief Clerk were filed from the Occupy Tel Aviv Encampment. The petition and related records also allege that widespread fraud in the Israeli courts is central to the socio-economic changes in Israel over the past decade, which are the core cause of current protests in Israel. [5]
