Exclusive: Joseph Farah stresses solution to exploding Obama spying incidents

• The U.S. government has obtained a top secret court order that requires Verizon to turn over the telephone records of millions of Americans to the National Security Agency on an “ongoing daily basis.”
• The Obama administration is secretly carrying out a domestic surveillance program under which it is collecting business communications records involving Americans under a hotly debated section of the Patriot Act, according to a highly classified court order.
• The Obama administration acknowledged that it is collecting a massive amount of telephone records from at least one carrier, reopening the debate over privacy even as it defended the practice as necessary to protect Americans against attack.
• The National Security Agency has long justified its spying powers by arguing that its charter allows surveillance on those outside of the United States, while avoiding intrusions into the private communications of American citizens. But the latest revelation of the extent of the NSA’s surveillance shows that it has focused specifically on Americans, to the degree that its data collection has in at least one major spying incident explicitly excluded those outside the United States.
• U.S. border agents should continue to be allowed to search a traveler’s laptop, cellphone or other electronic device and keep copies of any data on them based on no more than a hunch, according to an internal Homeland Security Department study. It contends limiting such searches would prevent the U.S. from detecting child pornographers or terrorists and expose the government to lawsuits.
• The FBI is unhappy that there are communications technologies it cannot intercept, and wants a new requirement that software makers and communications companies create a back door so they can listen in when they want.

If these headlines appeared over the course of a 10-year period, there would be plenty to worry about in terms of privacy rights in the United States. But, amazingly, these news stories all appeared in just one day – yesterday – in the reports of news organizations around the world.

Yet another US military base building project in Israel...  Although the publication below presents the Israeli government resentment as arising from information exposed to the enemies, it may just as well be that the Israeli government never wanted the Israeli public to know about these projects.  No public discussion has been heard of the entire notion of US military bases in Israel.  It appears that decision has been made a while ago to give up sovereignty and pave the way for US military occupation. jz

U.S. publishes details of missile base Israel wanted kept secret

TEL AVIV, Israel — Israel’s military fumed Monday over the discovery that the U.S. government had revealed details of a top-secret Israeli military installation in published bid requests.

The Obama administration had promised to build Israel a state-of-the-art facility to house a new ballistic-missile defense system, the Arrow 3. As with all Defense Department projects, detailed specifications were made public so that contractors could bid on the $25 million project. The specifications included more than 1,000 pages of details on the facility, ranging from the heating and cooling systems to the thickness of the walls.

13-06-04 Radical thinking on Obama's BC

I met in Tel Aviv a young, educated American, who self-identified as a lefty.  Everything went fine, until he discovered that I was a partial-birther (no pun intended).  

"So you think he was born in Africa?".  "I really don't care", I answer, "It is just that the records of the Commander in Chief are funny!".

So then I had to go back with him through the records online, looking again at some of these things after quite a while.  (see the guided tour below).

After  about half the guided tour the guy asks me: "So why did they do such an amateurish job at it?

My radical answer on that is two-fold:

a) Because it was just a joke from the beginning, and

b) Because they can get away with it.

That particular link does not go anywhere now, but the site itself, the source of the "White House Blog" record is:

B. LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE

1) The immediate source of the record was advertised as the Hawaii State government.  That notion is supported on the "White House Blog" by the following note: "Correspondence with the Hawaii State Department of Health can be seen here (PDF)."

You find a letter by Loretta Fuddy, Director of Health at State of Hawaii Department of Health, dated April 25, 2011, which states that in response to request by our Dear President, "two certified copies of the original certificate of live birth" are provided as Enclosure.

3) The "Enclosures" of Ms Fuddy's letter are however missing.

4) The correspondence with the State of Hawaii, was presumably paper based, as shown.  

However, instead of the paper certified copy of the Certificate of Live Birth, we are shown on the White House Blog a digital image, the infamous one:

5) Wait a minute, didn't Ms Fuddy say that she certified the copies?  

You would expect the copy to show somewhere a wet ink stamp "True Copy of the Original" with the hand signature of Ms Fuddy.  None appears with the image of the LFBC on the White House Blog.

6) That image of the LFBC is further shown at:

It originated on paper, then bound in a book, which created the curl on the left side of the record. It was then microfilmed, then printed or captured and processed electronically, to add the green mesh background.  However, the digital green mesh did not match the curl from the bound paper, and when an attempt was made to compensate for that, a funny hole in the green mesh was created at the top left corner of the document...

President Obama's Long Form Birth Certificate

In 2008, in response to media inquiries, the President’s campaign requested his birth certificate from the state of Hawaii. The state sent the campaign the President’s birth certificate, the same legal documentation provided to all Hawaiians as proof of birth in state, and the campaign immediately posted it on the internet. That birth certificate can be seen here (PDF).

When any citizen born in Hawaii requests their birth certificate, they receive exactly what the President received. In fact, the document posted on the campaign website is what Hawaiians use to get a driver’s license from the state and the document recognized by the Federal Government and the courts for all legal purposes. That’s because it is the birth certificate. This is not and should not be an open question.

The President believed the distraction over his birth certificate wasn’t good for the country. It may have been good politics and good TV, but it was bad for the American people and distracting from the many challenges we face as a country. Therefore, the President directed his counsel to review the legal authority for seeking access to the long form certificate and to request on that basis that the Hawaii State Department of Health make an exception to release a copy of his long form birth certificate. They granted that exception in part because of the tremendous volume of requests they had been getting.President Barack Obama's long form birth certificate can be seen here (PDF):

At a time of great consequence for this country – when we should be debating how we win the future, reduce our deficit, deal with high gas prices, and bring stability to the Middle East, Washington, DC, was once again distracted by a fake issue.  The President’s hope is that with this step, we can move on to debating the bigger issues that matter to the American people and the future of the country.

t increasingly appears the new trend in Hollywood, is to issue every quarter an A movie, supporting deplorable US conduct at home or abroad.  This quarter - the hunting down of Julian Assange and Bradley Manning.  I cannot remember when was last time Hollywood was so close to DC, probably during WW II?  But it all sounds very soviet to me... jz

A month prior to the November 14, 1995 assassination of Prime Minister Rabin, Bibi, then an opposition leader, was the keynote speaker on the balcony in a major open-air, public appearance in Jerusalem, where the crowd was yelling "Death to Rabin". Bibi's speech was described by media already then as incitement to assassination. [2]

According to the Rabin assassination investigation report, during the same Zion Square, Jerusalem public appearance, Avishay Raviv, a Shabak implant, was busy inciting the crowd on the ground and manipulating the media.

(I could not find this picture anywhere online, so I had to go and take it myself.) Brass marks at the Rabin assassination site. The heel of my shoe is the brass mark for the murderer, and the larger bras mark ahead of my toe is Prime Minister Rabin.  The murderer, nurtured by a violent, right wing extremist leader/Shabak-implant, managed to penetrate the inner-most circle of Shabak body guards and shot the Prime Minister twice point blank in the head.  The murderer came out of the scene alive, and will be released from prison in a few years.  

It is my understanding that there was some controversy at the time of building the memorial, but the Rabin family eventually got permission for the decisive role.  I guess it was their way of saying it all without words...

The November 14, 1995 assassination of Yitzhaq Rabin took place at a the end of a Tel Aviv major public appearance.  The assassin, Yigal Amir, managed to get within 3 feet of Prime Minister Rabin in the back staircase leading from the balcony to his limo, where two of the three shots hit Rabin in the head - an incredible security breach by the Shabak body guards.

 

Maariv newspaper headline two weeks after the 1995 assassination: "Head of the right-wing underground [that assassinated Rabin] was a Shabak implant, Shabak does not deny...". 

The Shabak implant - Avishay Raviv - had a long history as a violent, leading figure in extreme right-wing organizations. [3] Raviv was closely associated with the assassin, and Raviv was the head of the organization that the assassin grew in. Raviv was prosecuted and found "not guilty" by an Israeli court for his role in Rabin's assassination.

13-06-03 Additional evidence filed with Israel Police and the Knesset regarding death of Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court in 2002

In 2002, Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court Shmaryahu Cohen died under suspicious circumstances. Already then a family member/friend filed a complaint with the Israel Police. However, in 2002 family and friends could not provide a plausible motive for the conduct. Additional evidence, filed with the Israel Police and the Knesset Law, Constitution and Justice Committee by Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO), indicates that the death of Shmaryahu Cohen was linked to unlawful takeover of the servers and electronic records of the Supreme Court. In the years following Cohen's death, numerous decision records were forged and integrity of the records as a whole was deliberately undermined. Under such circumstances Ms Sarah Lifschitz has appeared since 2002 as “Chief Clerk” with no lawful appointment record. Police complaint, filed in 2012 also documented the issuance of fraudulent certification of Supreme Court decisions by Ms Lifschitz. In 2002, a simulated Office of the Clerk was effectively established in the Supreme Court. Events that took place in the Supreme Court in 2002 should be deemed second only to Rabin's assassination in 1995 relative to the essence of the regime in the State of Israel.

 

The additional evidence, filed with the Israel Police and the Knesset's Law, Constitution and Justice Committee does not name suspects in the death of Chief Clerk of the Israeli Supreme Court Shmaryahu Cohen . However, it does name those, who would be able to assist in the investigation: a. Mr Aharon Barak – Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court in 2002; b. Mr Boaz Okon – Magistrate Judge in the Supreme Court in 2002, and c. Ms Sarah Lifschtiz – who occupies the office of Chief Clerk since 2002 with no lawful appointment record.

Occupy Tel Aviv, June 3 – Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO) has filed with Israel Police and the Knesset's Law, Constitution and Justice Committee additional evidence pertaining to two complaints, previously filed with the Israel Police: a. The March 27, 2002 complaint, filed by Ms Oholivah Perez Izescu, related to the death of Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court Shmaryahu Cohen in 2002, and b. The April 16, 2012 complain 158921/2012, filed by Joseph Zernik, PhD, against today's “Chief Clerk” Ms Sarah Lifschitz. [1]

In parallel, request was filed with the Knesset for the immediate establishment of a Parliamentary Investigative Committee. [7]

The new evidence offers a motive for the death of Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen and conduct of “Chief Clerk” Sarah Lifschitz since 2002 and to this day – unlawful takeover of the servers and records of the Supreme Court, which were under the custody of the Chief Clerk until the death of Shmaryahu Cohen in 2002, and are now under the custody of one of the corporations involved (apparently IBM or EDS).

The new evidence is based on crossing data from various sources:

a. March 27, 2002 Complaint filed in Yarkon District by Oholivah Peretz Izescu, relative to the death of Supreme Court Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen [2]

b. The 2010 State Ombudsman Report, regarding computerization of the courts of the State of Israel. [3]

c. April 16, 2012 Complain No 158921/2012 filed by Joseph Zernik against today's “Chief Clerk” Ms Sarah Lifschitz. [4]

d. The 2013 Human Rights Alert submission to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations, which was incorporated into the Council's official report with a note referring to “Lack of integrity of the electronic records of the Supreme Court... of Israel”. [5]

e. Recent (2013) complaints filed by the Complainant with Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court Asher Grunis, pertaining to false and deliberately misleading registrations by the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court. [6]

In view of the new evidence, the Israel Police was asked to reopen the investigation of the two complaints, perviously filed, and the Knesset was asked to immediately establish a Parliamentary Investigative Committee. [7]

The new evidence does not name suspects, but it names those who are likely to be able to assist in the investigation: a. Mr Aharon Barak – Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court in 2002; b. Mr Boaz Okon – Magistrate Judge in the Supreme Court in 2002, and c. Ms Sarah Lifschtiz – who occupies the office of Chief Clerk since 2002 with no lawful appointment record.

The new evidence was summarized as follows:

"As Chief Clerk, Mr Shmaryahu Cohen was the lawful custodian of the records of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel, including the electronic records. In 2002 he died under suspicious circumstances. Following his death integrity of the Supreme Court records was seriously compromised: many forged records were identified, and all records are published in a patently void form. According to the State Ombudsman's Report, concomitantly, the servers for the electronic records were extracted from the custody of the chief clerks. Since the death of Mr Shmaryahu Cohen, Ms Sarah Lifschitz occupies the same office with no lawful appointment record. A previous complaint, filed with the Israel Police, documented execution of false and deliberately misleading certification of Supreme Court decision records by Ms Lifschitz. Therefore, the Complainant offers that the motive for the killing of Mr Shmaryahu Cohen was unlawful takeover of the the electronic records of the Supreme Court, which were under his custody, and that conduct of Ms Lifschitz today as “Chief Clerk” amounts to the establishment of a simulated Office of the Clerk in the Supreme Court of the State of Israel.”

Regardless of who is accountable for the death of Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen and conduct of “Chief Clerk” Sarah Lifschtiz, events in the Israeli Supreme Court in 2002 should be deemed second only to the assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhaq Rabin in 1995, relative to the nature of the Israeli regime today.
